Loft-82 is an interior renovation of a duplex apartment in New York City. The design adds 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to the 2nd level, a home office, and storage space above the kitchen. It also uses reclaimed snow fence as wall cladding around the stairs to visually connect the main floor with the upper level.

The name comes from the cost of the renovation, which was $82 per square foot.
